Asset Forge
A local-first command centre for creative work. It generates game art on my own GPU through ComfyUI, holds a style bible per project so the output stays consistent, and exposes all of it to Claude Code as an MCP server.
Why I built this
I was making art for two games at once and kept losing track of what I'd generated, which style it was meant to match, and what it had cost me. Asset Forge keeps a style bible per project and folds the palette and reference images into every prompt, so I stop pasting the same paragraph over and over. Running Flux locally through ComfyUI means a generation costs nothing and I can iterate as long as I want. Audio sits in the same library, imported and tagged next to the art. The buildings in Space Game and the hardware icons in LLM Clicker both came out of it.
