Our story

A workshop on Somerton Drove, and a habit of doing it right.

Richard Worsdale founded the company in January 2011, after years working with Case, New Holland, Krone and Amazone — including extensive time across Russia and the CIS regions. He came home to Somerset, opened a workshop, and started solving problems for the farmers he'd grown up around.

Fifteen years on, that workshop has grown. There's a team of welders and fabricators, an in-house design manager, and a job book that runs from a single domestic gate to full industrial portal frames. What hasn't changed is the standard. We use high quality materials and we're proud of it — check the spec of our work against others, and you'll find ours to be of peerless quality. Do it once, and do it right.

Quick-turnaround beam fabrication for builders: order before 3pm and we'll have it processed and painted for delivery on day three (subject to steel stock). Custom bolts and fixings made to specification for whatever the job calls for.

Our in-house design manager works it up properly, prices it honestly, and walks you through the options.

Cut, welded, finished and painted in our workshop on Somerton Drove. Galvanised, powder-coated, your call.

Delivered and installed by the same hands that built it. Then we leave you to enjoy it — for a long time.
