Established January 2011 by Richard Worsdale, with a background working for Case, New Holland, Krone and Amazone — and deep connections to the Somerset farming community. What started serving the agricultural industry has grown, weld by weld, into a diversified fabrication enterprise.
Today the workshop runs multiple welders and fabricators alongside an in-house design manager. We handle projects of all scales — from a single beam dropped into a domestic extension, to complete steel-framed portal buildings for industrial sites. Suppliers we trust: Parker Steel, Parker Tools, AJN Steelstock. We sponsor Somerton RFC because that's where we live.
Farmers constantly need to repair and modify machinery and equipment to suit their specific needs — the ability to alter buildings, gates and animal pens is a massive benefit to the agricultural industry. We manufacture, repair and modify buildings, gates, pens, sheeted gates, backing gates, walkways and much more.
Worsdale Fabrication Ltd is able to undertake industrial projects of all sizes — there is no job too big or too small that won't be considered. In addition we specialise in fabricating walkways, platforms, staircases, mezzanines and fire escapes for all kinds of buildings.
Worsdale Fabrication also undertakes domestic projects and have previously produced steel work, gates, fencing, decorative garden projects, hand rails, stairs, balconies and balustrades. Galvanized, powder-coated or painted, with optional full automation.
